I got some of the Pacifica Color Quench Lip Tint* as part of my ‘face of natural make up’ for my LoveLula* video (I got it with credit I was rewarded but am reviewing it as if I purchased it myself). You can see the video at https://youtu.be/OSAWjVOnXxw or see it embedded in my earlier blog post (which links to each of the products).
This is the only item I bought that I had tried before. I actually have two other shades of this (so that’s probably a clue about how I feel about these!).
I don’t tend to wear lipstick often (mostly because of the maintenance and how it wears), but I do like to wear lip balm and it’s even better if it has a slight tint to it. These beauties are scented too and are just lovely.
They’re vegan, cruelty free, natural, and formulated without parabens. Coconut oil is the main ingredient so of course these are very moisturising. I wasn’t sure what to expect from Guava Berry but from the description and swatches I saw online it looked like a pale purple/mauve shade, and I can confirm that’s what it is. It’s also an amazing scent/flavour!
It leaves a lovely sheen and lasts pretty well. I find it very smoothing and because it’s just a tint it doesn’t go patchy and can be reapplied without a mirror. I’ve been using this almost every day recently and really like it. I can wear it without any make up but it also adds enough of a tint to wear with make up and look more polished.
Another excellent lip tint product and one I’ll be using in regular rotation with my other ones.
I’ll certainly be looking at the other shades and may get more. If I ever use this up I’d definitely repurchase – I think they’re great and particularly like this scent and tint.
If people are interested in the different shades and scents I’d be happy to do a full review of the three I have with photos – let me know in the comments if you’d like to see that.
