I’ve been very lucky over the last few years to have worked with some amazing organisations delivering leadership programmes to support early and mid-career professionals. It’s been so good to support people on their journey of self-discovery and see them flourish with new knowledge, skills and experience. Past participants have commented on the impact the courses have had on their focus, confidence and resilience – many have gone on to take new roles and responsibilities as a direct result of the course.
The programme comprises of two intensive residentials with time between for applying learning. The residentials focus on helping each person learn more about themselves to enable them to become the leader they are destined to be; recognising the qualities they already have and building on them to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence as a leader e.g.
“I feel empowered to lead, take risks, and support my teams in a more effective way.”
Being a qualified coach brings a unique element to the course. The focus is on helping people recognise and celebrate what they have achieved and where they are currently at, identify what they want to be doing in terms of their leadership, working with them to plan the steps to get from where they are to where they want to be, and supporting them during the process. Building on relevant leadership theory, the focus is on supporting each individual on their own leadership journey:
“I have found this course to be a refreshing change from the standard, corporate training that tends to be delivered. Its positive, reflection-focused content has been invaluable.”

I am currently looking for organisations to work with to support groups of current and emerging leaders, and individuals who would like to attend an open course. Please contact me using the form below if you’d like to discuss future course opportunities for yourself or your organisation:
