Workshop description

This practical workshop provides attendees with examples of tools and techniques to encourage open discussion and increased engagement. It includes guidance on planning and preparation, setting the environment, structuring the conversation, and capturing the discussion. Of course, things don’t always go to plan and the workshop also covers some of the ways to prepare for changes in circumstance and offers some easy to adapt backup options. The workshop is designed for those who are looking to improve their facilitation skills to support teaching, training, workshop facilitation, and research skills.
